Metro Pro and Gutenberg – Image caption style

Hi everybody,

I've just recently upgraded to Gutenberg. Thankfully it was a very easy update and everything went smoothly.

After further inspection, I've noticed a small change and I wonder if some of you can help me.

A while ago I've edited different things on the style.css file of my child theme Metro Pro. One of those edits was to have bigger text for the image captions.

The customised caption style is still present on all my articles published prior the Gutemberg update. However if I create a new article using the new blocks, the image caption is much smaller in the post and follows a different style. It looks like the Gutemberg structure is ignoring my change in the style.css file.

The Metro Pro theme hasn't been updated since August 2017, so no Gutemberg specific updates. Any idea how to solve this?

}
