wanted to have full width header and navigation and i used this guide ( http://sridharkatakam.com/full-width-header-navigation-metro-pro/ ) please take a minute to see whats there.

So i followed and made changes as asked there. i placed the wrap.png and subnav.png fules in metro-pro/images folder.

but the header and navigation is full width now, but css cant load the image for background.

I too am trying to do something similar and I'm running into the same issue. Have you been able to figure out how to make it work yet? My client wants a full width header that becomes just a simple logo when viewed on small screens but so far none of the workarounds suggested in this forum are accomplishing the task. I love the Studio Press themes but can't get them to look right without hacking the code somewhere or loading up a bunch of plugins.
