    If you click on the "Welcome" menu item, it does nothing.

    It is a custom link with the link being: /#front-page-3.

    It should take me to the front-page-3 widget area on my front page, but it does not.

    Is there something I am missing here?

    So, if you click on the Welcome menu item, it takes you to front-page-3?

    It is not working for me on any browser, so I am not certain why it is for you, but not for me.
