I am using Parallax Pro as my theme and cannot figure out how to increase my media upload size from 2 MB. Is there somewhere within my theme files that I can do this or is this set through my hosting company?

Maximum upload size has nothing to do with the theme. It's a PHP setting on the server. https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/
