    It's possible to delete the text "Secondary Sidebar Widget Area
    This is the Secondary Sidebar Widget Area. You can add content to this area by visiting your Widgets Panel and adding new widgets to this area. "
    even when there is nothing in the sidebar?

    If you don't have content in the sidebar, you should remove the sidebar from your page; I'm not sure why you would have a sidebar if you don't have content in it?
