I have a header that I want as the full-width header for magazine. How do I change that in .css? I unregistered the header right widget but it's still only giving me the default header area. How can I change it to include the full-width?

    Thanks!

You can actually keep the header right widget area and display it on top of your banner if you want.

Look in functions.php for the custom header function and change the values to reflect the width and height of your banner image. Once you've uploaded your image in Appearance > Header, you'll need to adjust your CSS to allow the full banner to show.

If you post a link once those changes have been made, we can help you with the CSS to display the whole header image.

Thank you! I made the changes but it's kind of strange. It shows my whole header but it shrunk it. Compared to the original, it's a smaller. It should reach all the way across. http://throwahealthfit.com

    Thanks for your help!

Okay, I'm ready for the .css changes! It's showing the whole header but shrunk so I'm assuming it's a .css thing. Thanks!
