My client doesn't wish to have the search function to the right of the Slider on the home page of AgentPress - How can I modify this so the slider is the full width of the theme?

In your Style.css, you can make the Slider Widget container the full width. Remove the Search Widget contain all together in CSS. You can also remove/unregister the Search Widget so it doesn't appear in the Widget area of the Dashboard.
