    I am blessed with a fully responsive theme, Decor8ted. But I rather have - website that s not responsive, but instead only zooms out to adjust its width to the width of the readers device. So that my website looks the same on all devices, and users can zoom in accordingly. That means no horizontal scroll bars 🙂

    Is this easily done? Is this just done by deleting all the @width ?

    Deleting all the media queries should do it, but I think you would also want to delete the Viewport meta tag action/function out of your functions.php file. Make sure you have a backup first and do it over FTP, not in the WP editor, because if you miss something you can break your site. HTH

    Thanks! That did the trick.

    But my header, the blue linen background, doesnt seem to adjust well. I notice the brown linen on the top right side, while the blue linen should be covering the entire header. Is this fixable?

    Something else, I now notice that the viewport still seems to be active on Android.

    I see two issues with your background: one is in the section at line 352 in your stylesheet, where the .site-container height is set to 325px. Additionally, at line 263, you have this section:

    body {
    	background: #fff url(images/tan-linen.png);
    margin: 0 5px 0 5px;
    }

    I think you could remove all of that just fine, if you don't want the tan background. The margin is adding extra space at either edge of the browser window, which is fine, but you also have the blue linen image added to the .nav-primary (line 457), which is redundant and is extending past your body section. Your body margin is fine if you remove the background from the .nav-primary.

    Sorry, I reread your response and see that you do want the tan. Remove the margin from the body and/or the blue background from the .nav-primary and I think that should set you up.

    I see you're using a caching plugin--if you're editing the site that can mess things up (usually disable caching while you're tweaking). Try clearing that cache from within WP and see if that resolves the Android issue. HTH
