Im having trouble figuring out how to change the font colour of my main menu text items

My header used to be blue and so my font colour was white, now i've changed my header to white i need to change my menu fonts to black.

I have used firebug and inspect element and have been able to find the css bit and change the element in both firebug and inspect element but i can't then find that exact bit in my style sheet.

its driving me crazy.

anyone any ideas?
