Mai Lifestyle Pro Theme (Home Two) Short Code By Post ID

Hey, i am using Mai Lifestyle Pro theme on Genesis Framework. I am using as Homepage as static page with sections. In the theme demo > home two Layout i am using Section 3 and Section 5 from there. I need to customize those 2 sections:

1) Slider Grid with this code

[grid content="post" categories="18" columns="1" show="image, title" image_size="banner" image_location="bg" inner="light" align_text="center, middle" slider="true" fade="true" autoplay="true" overlay="gradient"]

In this code i am seeing only option to show post by category ID, but this is not useful to me. I want to show selected posts on it by Post ID.

2) Our Favorites Grid

Same here i want to show my selected posts in the grid.

Both sections are appearing but not according to me, Please help.
