The homepage of https://BetterWebsite.com is set to show latest posts. It is the archives page for the Mai Lifestyle theme.

The Banner title is BLOG. I want to change it, but have hit a brick wall.

I tried to change the page title. I tried to edit custom fields. So far, nothing works.

I cannot find h1:banner-title in the theme editor.

Any ideas? Thanks for your help!

    Hi there,

The best place for immediate support is https://support.maitheme.com

When the front page is set to show latest posts, Genesis (or Mai Theme) does not currently have a way to change the Blog title without using code. Most of the time we use a static front page and a static Blog page as set in Settings > Reading. You have much more control that way. Otherwise you're stuck with a little code for that.

Thanks for your response, JiveDig. I looked at that page, but see nowhere to submit a ticket. So if the answer does not appear on the help docs on that page, do you have an alternative site to this one?

Do you have a chat bubble in the bottom right? If not, try incognito? Sometimes adblocker stuff blocks the bubble.

Got it! Never occurred to me that chat was available. I'm old school and used to support tickets. Guess I better update my mind! Thanks!

We're going to add a form as well cause more people than we expected prefer the old school way 😀
