[Magazine Pro] After Entry propagating twice on posts??

According to Magazine Pro theme instructions: An additional widget area is included and will display on Single Posts after the content and before the Author Box and Comments area when widgets are added to the area.

When I add the widgets to After Entry, I expected them to show up on the side, like how it is on the theme demo all went well until I added my first post and realized that the After Entry widget area not only adds the widgets to the side column but also to the bottom of the post! Looks extremely ugly!

How do I get the After Entry widget area to act like how it acts in the theme demo (Just on the side and not repopulating below the post as well)

The After Entry widget area, as you documented above and as shown in the demo, appears after the post (i.e. ... after entry), not in the sidebar.

Since the instances of the widgets are numbered differently, they would appear to be unique and separate, not duplicates.

What widgets are located in the sidebar widget area?
What changes have been made in functions.php?
What happens when you disable the stock ticker and all other plugins?

In my defense, I built the site from 5pm to 2am yesterday and had a brain fart... For whatever reason, I thought that the after entry also acted as the primary sidebar in the inner pages. Mistake corrected. Thank you for your help.
