I recently migrated my site http://www.thefuzzymonkey.net from the backcountry theme to the magazine theme.

While I was on the backcountry theme my header was just ok. Now that I've changed themes it appears the area or size of the header is different. I basically don't like how it is formatted and I'm looking for advise on the best way to improve it.

How do I go about creating a logo or header image with the fuzzy monkey character figure I have right now?

What is the best way to get the site title to appear? Should I modify the code so the "hidden" title in the magazine theme code so the name of the site appears along side the logo? Or is the best option to create and entirely new logo image and combine the fuzzy monkey character with the site tile "The fuzzy monkey" as one image?

I would like the character and the site title to appear in the header section along with the ad. If so how do I do this?

I'm not at all code savvy and would prefer to keep this as easy as possible. If I'm not able to modify this who or what do I ask for when seeking or hiring someone. What do I ask? How do I ask? What will they need to know and How will I know what they are presenting?

If I need to redesign the logo what sizes and or formats do I ask for? What the differences and what is the standard or best practices for headers?

    Thanks for any any advise.
