    I'm using the Altitude Pro theme here:

    1. It's one of those themes that changes the header size when you scroll down the page.

    2. So when you first get to the home page, the header background is white.

    3. But when you scroll down the header changes to the correct blue color.

    4. How can I make the "starting" header background color blue?

    Remove this css around line 918 in style.css:

    .featured-section .site-header {
    background-color: transparent;
}
