My website has a lot of videos. The theme I'm using has a custom field where I copy and paste the video embed code, and it puts it in a <div class="video-wrapper fitvids">

I tried to switch over to the Lifestyle theme, and all the videos disappear. I could go through every post and add the embed code again, but it would take forever. Is there any way to make this work more easily?

Generally, custom fields are stored in the database so they're not lost when changing themes however the meta box where you add the video embed code may be hard coded into your theme which is something you need to replicate in the new theme using modified code from your old theme or a plugin like ACF

THis would need testing locally to see if it works before making the move permanent.
