Looking to hire developer to build site Parallax scrolling and video background

Hello,

I'm having trouble finding a developer that can build a one page site with parallax scrolling and video background. I had a developer working on this project that was unable to add video. He was unable to do the video by trying to add plugins to widget areas. It would not work with the parallax scrolling. Sridharkatakam.com and wpsites.net claim they can show you how to do the video feature for a fee.

I'm looking for a site like magnatrans.com with video instead of photos.

Requirements of site:
- Use theme from Studiopress.com
- 5-7 sections (about,company,contact....)
- Parallax scrolling
- Onepage design
- Video background instead of photos
- Custom graphics/ Custom Icons

Because I'm looking for a developer to build the site for me. If you look at there websites you would see that they are membership sites with consulting. I'm not a programmer so consulting me would do no good.

They build websites. I'm an IT consultant and I build websites. Many seasoned developers use the title consultant because their experience extends far beyond day in/day out coding.
