Looking for a business-finder directory theme

I'm looking for a bix-finder theme like this that works under Genesis: http://tinyurl.com/ledc5gb

Or maybe someone could suggest how something like this might be done with a Gen theme and plugins?

Or maybe someone has taken a Gen child theme and re-worked it into a biz-finder and wants to sell a copy of it to us?

You could likely do something very similar to the example using Genesis with Gravity Forms and the GF Directory plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/
