    We would like the sidebar to load first for mobile viewing. Is this possible? If so, is there a tutorial somewhere?

    We have not selected the theme yet, but we own them all. We are considering Parrallax Pro, Centric Pro, Agency Pro and Minimum Pro.

    You basically want to unhook the sidebar and then re-hook it above the content. It will appear the same on desktop but load at the top for mobile. There are lots of resources on this, but here is one tutorial: http://ndzynes.com/code-snippet-genesis-framework-move-primary-sidebar/ It's a little dated but the ideas are there.
