Listings plugin needed

Hi there, I want to integrate a listings tool into my site that allows users to upload their own details into a standardized format (including various other options, such as images, video, etc.) -- I would need a couple of price points (from a free listing to an upgraded option that gets renewed annually, for example).

I'd like to be able to optionally insert a custom review of the listing into the sidebar (which would reflect my review of that business). And I'd like to have users rate the business (they can insert general comments or possibly their own reviews below the listing). Then, I'd like to be able to categorize the listings in various ways so that they can also have a post appear above and then I can select/insert various listings to appear as part of a post (think "top 10 restaurants in..." type of an example).

Last, I would like to update my site so that it would be easy to either subdomain a select number of cities or micro-site cities with their related (which can be achieved through categories) within my existing site.

Does someone have a nicely stylized plugin developed and help me with this? Thanks!

Based on these requirements, you're asking for much more than a single plugin. You're asking for an application and fairly complex one at that. If I were you, I would start with a premium form tool like Formidable Pro.
