linking header image logo to an outside site

I have a client requesting that their header image logo link to a site DIFFERENT than the URL I have their website installed on.

Is this a change in the header.php file?

While I disagree with their thinking here (they want to link back to a MAIN company site), I need to know how to accomplish this.

Is it a child theme change or a GENESIS change?

They are currently in the winning agent theme, but I'd love a general answer in case this comes up again. Where is the code that causes the logo to link to the site url?
