Yes, I've looked very carefully at the characters in the link.

will either serves up a 404 or the actual page. I can find it when I search on the site for "this house needs people" and it gives me the right page.
Discovered this issue through Broken Link Checker. The broken link is in this article. I have no idea how to troubleshoot it.
