You have pagination turned on for the post. Whatever block you are using for the table of contents is generated by the header text. The header text in your case is on a different page. You have to turn off pagination if you want the links in the table of contents to work.

Fixed image problem, it was a setting that I had to put when uploading images to the gutemberg image block. Thanks for your assistance always be very valid
You have to do the proper setting if you are using gutenberg editor. At the start I was also facing the same issue on my bike seats website. Where we are providing guidance about bikes and different accessories. And also providing images. Then my friend told me about the setting now everything is working properly.
