    Hi,

I would appreciate if someone can give me some indications on what shall I do in order to have certain category to show only the latest 10 posts (not 10 post per page, 10 post in total).

My target structure is something like this:

CATEGORY LEVEL1 => shows the latest 10 post (without pagination, all in one page)
-> CATEGORY LEVEL2 page => shows all the latest post (without pagination, all in one page)

It's important that both bots and humans sees the same thing: so i'cant just remove "next page"/"previous" page with genesis filters.

    Any clue?

    1. Use the WordPress Template Hierarchy to name your file for your custom category archive template.

    Example:

    category-example.php
    category-1.php

    2. Remove the genesis loop and then add it back using the genesis_custom_loop function. This function enables you to use any of the WP_Query parameters which enables you to display a limited number of posts.

    Or

Use the genesis_custom_loop_args filter with a conditional tag for your specific category to modify the default loop args via your functions file. See genesis > lib > structure > loops.php line 197.

    Example filter function

You could also try using the filter in a category template.

    Got it!
I go with option #1 and WP_Query parameters
    Cheers
