I've tried to figure this out without having any success. I have my page John's Lunch Box set up using widgets to show my posts in all categories. I want to make it so that after so many, let's say 4, the reader has the option to go to the next 4 posts - ultimately being able to read all posts one page at a time. I saw somewhere that I should be able to do this without a plugin and it's just a setting, but I can't find it.

    Any help would be appreciated!

Try the Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archive settings

    Also the WordPress Reading settings

Thanks for the info, Brad. I tried those settings and it didn't work. I found and did this https://www.itnota.com/add-pagination-genesis-lifestyle-theme-front-page/#front-page-nav It seems to work.
