    I'm not sure if this is beyond anyones knowledge that posts on these forums, but when i view my theme on Ipad mini or Ipad, it doesn't have a sidebar. Can anyone advise me as to which part of the code to edit to add the sidebar into the responsive layout?

    Your sidebar is there. In all SP responsive themes, the sidebar moves to the bottom of the page after the main content.
