Lifestyle Pro Header to Picture

I want to change the Header to an image on my website Rawfoodsgirl.com
I have a picture I adjusted approx 1075 x 310.
I have everything turned over to godaddy now so all is saved there.
I think i need to save my functions.php file and edit it is that correct?

Do i export the file out of godaddy then bring into a text editor make changes then import back in?
where do I edit the file to add this image in.

this is in the functions.php file

if I try to bring in an image straight from Customize in WordPress it shows the image very small inside the big green box. I want the image to be the size of the big green box as the header showing now with the words 2 hunter girls sharing their passions.

i have found the php file but which css file do I use and where to find it?

I do not know how to find this file from godaddy

I found through dashboard appearance / edit

installed image but really small i think it is most likely code needs to be changed in style.css file

I do not know where to find the css file in godaddy
I am editing it directly from theme which i know i shouldn't

appreciate any help to get this image big
it is 1086 x 336 but i can adjust if needed.
