    I am using Executive Pro and have attempted several code alterations to remove the header from the landing page but nothing seems to be working. I'd like the menu on all interior pages just not the home/landing page.

    Are you using the landing page template that is included with the theme? The header and navigation should already be removed.

    I am using the landing page template and the header and navigation have been there the whole time, I don't mind the logo portion of the header but the navigation in the top right widget I would like to remove on the landing page.

    That's odd. The default Executive Pro landing page does not include the header or navigation: http://demo.studiopress.com/executive/templates/landing/

    Could you copy/paste the code from page_landing.php? You'll most likely just need to add a few lines of code, but I need to see what you're working with to tell you which ones.
