Theme: I am running the current Genesis + Daily Dish Pro

Question: How to properly unhook Jigoshop content wrappers and replace with the ones in use in my theme.

On shop and product pages Jigoshop pushes my sidebar content to the bottom of the page. You can see it here:
    beadedlily.co.uk/product/florentine-enameled-dragonfly-pin-gold-plated-brass/

It must be a common occurrence as Jigoshop offers this solution:
    https://www.jigoshop.com/documentation/wrap-themes-content-jigoshop/

However, I can't for the life of me determine what to unhook and how to properly implement the the code provided.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

FYI: In my Genesis theme settings, I am using a 3-panel default layout (2-sidebars, one to each side of main content area).

I have had some success with this. Product page layouts are sorted but some main are not. For example, the "shop" page which displays all products is still throwing the theme out of whack:
