I just installed the JetPack tiled gallery but find a large white space to the left. Upon searching in other forums I found this:
Tiled Galleries are built to fit your theme's content width. It may be that your theme does not define one, or that there is an error in the definition.You can define a specific $content_width value by adding the following code to your theme's functions.php file:
if ( ! isset( $content_width ) )
$content_width = 930;
Is it safe to change this or do you have an alternate option?http://tonilaird.com/temples-and-shrines/
Better to change the content width of the Jetpack tiled gallery http://wpsites.net/web-design/change-tiled-gallery-content-width-for-jetpacks-tiled-galleries/
Although I never resolved this I will close it. I decided to not use Jetpack and removed it from my WordPress.
