    Hi all.

    I manage dozens of sites, but only one uses Wellness Pro. This particular site also uses a wide array of plugins. I've done some troubleshooting and found that certain plugins that are apparently not working with Wellness Pro are working with the new Twenty Nineteen theme, which makes me think this is either a Wellness Pro issue or a Genesis issue.

    Unfortunately, none of the other sites that I manage are using these same plugins.

    The plugins that are experiencing issues are:

    • WP Google Maps (with WP Google Maps - Pro Add-on)
    • Shortcodes Ultimate (buttons with Fontawesome icons are working, but FAQ/accordion styles are not)
    • Video Background Pro

    Examples of affected pages/areas are:

    Video Background Pro - https://proyogatherapy.org (.front-page-1 background)
    Shortcodes Ultimate FAQ - https://proyogatherapy.org/clinicians/
    WP Google Maps - https://proyogatherapy.org/find-a-therapist/

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to have to set up a whole new theme. This site's remodel just launched back in the spring.

    You have a jQuery error in the affiliate tracking script that is probably causing other scripts on the page to quit working. This has nothing to do with the theme. Here's the error I see:

    TypeError: a.cookie is not a function
<anonymous> https://proyogatherapy.org/wp-content/plugins/affiliate-wp/assets/js/tracking.min.js:1:42

    You need to get this error fixed first before any other troubleshooting can be done.

    Thank you so much! I deactivated the plugin that apparently someone else had installed in the site. It never occurred to me that it could be causing these issues. I'll try to troubleshoot that plugin in a different installation. 🙂
