I have been having issues on my sites with Envira Gallery not working. I use Genesis themes on all my websites as well as Envira. The following is what Envira wrote and any help is Appreciated:

As soon as I deactivated the theme, the errors disappeared and the gallery displayed it's images:

I activated the parent theme (Genesis) and I'm getting the error again:

There is something in Genesis that is breaking the jQuery library that comes with WordPress, I'm not sure that is because they are deregistering the version that comes with WP (which I'm not seeing) or maybe they aren't calling the wp_footer correctly?

Unfortunately you would need to contact their support on why when their theme is activated jQuery library doesn't load on the site? Maybe it's just a setting somewhere?

That issue is not just affecting your galleries but anything on your site that is powered by jQuery.

Please let me know how you go on! I'd be very interested in hearing the result!
