    Hi there,

We've got a typical blog page in our Genesis install, with Genesis set to output featured images. The issue we've run into is that a post's featured image will still appear on the blog page even if we've removed the featured image from that post. It appears that this may have to do with the genesis_get_image() function in . It appears that the fallback is set to ''fallback' => 'first-attached', which seems like a very odd behavior to me. If I remove a post's featured image, it's because I don't want a featured image to appear for this post 🙂

Is this wherein the issue lies? Any advice on how to fix this one? Thanks!

We did get this resolved, although I never heard back from ya'll on the answer.

We found it thanks to the incredible Mr. Gary Jones:

    Glad you got it resolved!

although I never heard back from ya’ll on the answer.

I'm not sure who you were referring to about 'ya'll', but this is a volunteer forum, so not official StudioPress support.
