    What I'm looking for is a theme which resembles a website which we saw when the web was first rolling out 20 years ago. I'm working on developing a policies and procedures manual for the organization, and what I have in mind is a stark look; no pictures; a collapsable table of contents in the sidebar; perhaps a 'next page' and 'previous page' button on each page. With the monospaced font. Was that courier?

    Any help here?

    Well, an example of what you're looking for would help. If you are a StudioPress Pro Pack member, you would have access to the older XHTML themes that were offered when StudioPress first got started. Other than that, I'm not sure what would be available as StudioPress hasn't been around for 20 years.
