I quite like the interior pro theme so far. Was wondering if anyone's made a way to override the hero image on a per-page or per-post basis - like with an option below the text entry box. Would love to be able to have one hero image show up on most of the pages, but swap it out for a different one on a single page/post or two.

    Any thoughts?

    Good question.

Use custom fields if you want the ability to use a unique image on any single post of page rather than the default added via the customizer.

    Hi Brad,

Do you have an example of using custom fields for this to get an idea of what needs to be done to accomplish this? Thank you!

I'm working with the interior pro theme as well and doing some customization. I tried the trick with the custom field on one of my pages using hero_image and then tried both the direct image url and the id tag. Neither worked. Am I missing a step?? Thanks all - may be a dumb question, but I've been working night and day on the site and my brain may be fried a bit lol
