You'd probably have to write your own post and archive templates. Probably best to create a custom loop. I doubt you'll find a plugin. Sridhar is using ACF to define the video id. You would have to test for the existence of that field. Then conditionally, if the field exists and it is populated, you would display the video, otherwise you would display the featured image.
