Infinity Pro – Contact us Page

Hi

Hope some one could help, currently setting up the infinity pro theme and wanted to add a contact us page - i have

- Created Page
- Tried All the templates
- Added ninja forms to the page via short code

I only get the footer and the sidebar but know contact for, would you be able to advise on how to successfully do this.

Hi Victor

Currently working on this site locally,

There doesn't appear to be a template contact page and using the other templates with the Ninja Forms shortcode does not show the form.

Is this something to do with the my setup or the theme.

Normally, you would create a page using the default page template and add the form shortcode to the page. That's all there is to it. There's nothing special to setup to display a form. If your form isn't showing, you have something else going on that requires more extensive troubleshooting than we can help with without access to the site.

Thank you for the advise, as the site is not live yet, i will keep on looking, strangly enough there is no template for contacts but looking at the demo, there is so maybe need to re-download the theme.

The Studio Press demos use Gravity forms for their contact pages. There is no contact page template in any Studio Press theme.

There's something wrong with how your site is setup. The contact page you asked me to look at is trying to display WooCommerce Products, which usually means you didn't install the Genesis WooCommerce Connect plugin or you didn't create the WooCommerce default pages. You need to go back and look at the theme setup instructions again to find out what steps may have been missed.

Great, adding the Woocommerce pages fixed the issue, could i ask how you find out that my contact page was looking for the Woocommerce products?

I viewed the source code for the generated page in my browser and saw the WooCommerce code.
