    I need an Image Carousel/Slider on the frontpage, but I want it to just show pictures with no links. I've Responsive Slider before, but I don't wnat to create several posts with featured images.

    Is there another way to do is?

    I've done some plugin and theme hacking before, so I'm no stranger to changing the code of an existing plugin - but I'm a bit lost here...

    Try using the Cyclone Slider 2 plugin, it should fit all your needs. 🙂
