    The theme I'm using has the font size set as a percentage in html.
    html { font-size: 62.5%; /* 10px browser default */ }

    I'd like to increase the size of all content within the site, including headers and body. What's the best way to do this: increase the percentage in html, increase the 10px browser default to 12px, or increase the size of each header and the body?

    You could change the root percentage, but there are good reasons to leave things as they are. Changing the root percentage will alter the equivalent px calculations across the board. I suggest you take a look at this article to understand why 62.5% works as the root percent.

    While changing browser’s font may not be the most pressing issue, sometimes it is fun to make a change. That’s why I want to learn how to change the default font for my website thepinterestvideodownloader in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
    There is another issue that is some websites don't let browsers change only the text size. For those sites, Chrome won't be able to adjust the font size.
