    Hi there.
I am looking at creating a property website for a client and he needs to import properties from a partner website into his.
Is this possible with your theme and framework?
Also am I able to add and customize existing pages to the theme?

    kind regards

There are many ways to import content, but none of them have anything to do with the Genesis Framework or WordPress themes. Your content is simply displayed by the theme after you've imported your content.

At is simplest, importing content is either a basic WordPress function or a plugin function. Importing can also be done a few other ways such as at a system level using a cron job, custom PHP code, and XML or CSV files.

A lot depends on how you've got your site structured. Are you using custom post types to display the content? Standard posts? Pages? Custom tables?

As for your 2nd question, yes. Again adding and customizing pages are basic WordPress functions. The theme displays your content, but has nothing to do whether you can add or edit pages. Themes do not come with pre-built pages. They come with page-templates that format the page to display a certain way.
