    Hey everyone.

    I want to implement wp-print plugin as it is the only popular, well-supported plugin I could find for making wp pages print friendly. Unfortunately to install it requires adding a few lines of code to post.php, since those are the pages I want the plugin to affect.

    There isn't such a file in the child theme I'm using or Genesis (I realise we are discouraged from adding files to the latter).

    Is there a way I can make a post.php file for a child theme? If not, can I make one for the Genesis theme (even if it is naughty?).

    Hi spydoo. I think what you should be able to do is simply add some code to your theme functions. Let me know if the below code works:

    add_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', function() {
    	if ( is_singular() && function_exists('wp_print') )
    		print_link();
    } );

    Comprehensive, easy to follow Genesis documentation

    Thanks Carlo, I'll try it out.
