I have theme "eleven40" installed, I noticed that images are not optimized in mobiles. They stay the in the same size, but in the Genesis without child themes on another site they try to fit the screen and decrease in size.

I also noticed that text in child theme eleven40 is optimized, but not the text in bulleted lists...

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I tried to update child theme and wordpress, still same problem.
