    Hi,

I have an image header on the Prose theme, and I am trying to add a logo image over the header aligned to the left. I saw this article linked from in a post on this forum, but it does not work with Prose.

    http://blackhillswebworks.com/2013/05/10/how-to-replace-the-studiopress-background-header-image-with-a-real-image-logo

Any help is greatly appreciated. (I can't share a link because I am working on this on my local server. )

The link you used has good code in it and it will make your logo responsive. But there is an easier (maybe not better?) way to do it

    First, see this.

Outreach Theme: Using a custom logo/header

Then find the Genesis Responsive Header plugin from http://designsbynickthegeek.com/plugins/genesis-responsive-header and use that to make it responsive.

Thank you very much for the reply. To be sure I'm expressing myself correctly, I want a logo image to appear over the header image. Like so-

Will what you described accomplish this?

Edit- Hmm, I'm not sure how to post an image here. Here's a direct link- http://i.imgur.com/xVRYif8.gif?1

I sugest you combine your logo and your image into just one file.. say 800 x 150. You might want to make the background transparent (i.e. use a .png file) as well.
