    I am using the agency theme and every time I try to place an image in a post, it seems to get knocked down to a default size. I have tried resizing images but they still get knocked down to what sees to be the medium or thumbnail size in the media window. Never had a problem customizing image size like this before. Help?    and.... How would I go about changing the default medium and thumbnail sizes in the media settings?

    Yes, the medium and thumbnail dimensions are set in the Media settings.
