    ERROR: Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet

    It looks like the top few hundred lines of your style sheet was been deleted during some edit. You need to restore from a backup or upload a new version of the style sheet.
