    I have two separate widget areas which I wish to wrap with a parent class for styling purposes. They appear in the front page php of Executive as follows:

    function executive_home_sections() {

    genesis_widget_area( 'missionstatement', array(
    'before' => '<div class="welcome-text widget-area one-half first">',
    'after' => '</div>',
    ) );
    genesis_widget_area( 'missionstatement2', array(
    'before' => '<div class="welcome-text widget-area one-half newsletter">',
    'after' => '</div>',
    ) );
