How-to return to blog posts where reader left off after going single page view?

Hello, new Genesis user here...

Is there a way to add a link to the bottom of the single page view for the post that would allow the reader to return to the blog page and pick up at the spot where they left off?

You can use jQuery for this. Create a link with the class of back and add this code to a js file:

jQuery(document).ready(function($){
	$('a.back').click(function(){
		parent.history.back();
		return false;
	});
});

I had to play around quite a little bit to get the wp_enqueue_scripts working, but I learned a few new things.
