    Hi, I've added Facebook excerpts through calling a file in the functions file, like this:

    // function for Facebook comments
    function facebook_comments() {
    require(CHILD_DIR.'/facebook-comments.php');
    }

    add_action('genesis_after_post_content', 'facebook_comments');

    Probably not the best way to do it but nevertheless it works..

    I have one problem though that the fb comments is showing in the excerpts as well as the posts.

    I only want it to show up in the posts, not the excerpts, how can I remove them from the excerpts?

    You need to include a conditional statement.
