    Hi everyone,
    Am kinda new to all this and am trying to change the copyright area of the footer. I placed this code in the functions.php of the child theme and it works locally but on the host it has 'Back to top' replacing the copyright text on the left and shoving it to the right. The only way I see to fix it is to modify the lib/structure/footer.php file and don't think I am supposed to do that or I will be revisiting this problem again later when it updates. Can someone tell me what to do to correct it properly.

    //* Customize the entire footer
    remove_action( 'genesis_footer', 'genesis_do_footer' );
    add_action( 'genesis_footer', 'sp_custom_footer' );
    function sp_custom_footer() {
    ?>
    <table width=100%>
    <tr><td></td></tr>
    <td>Copyright©, 2015 · ProductResearch.info · All Rights Reserved.</td>
    <td align="right">Powered By WordPress and the Genesis Framework.</td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    <?php
    }

    Thanks for any help.
    Mike
