I'm trying to add a Facebook Follow button to my meta entry next to the comment count. I'd like to display a different follow button for every author (there is two of us) in my blog.

I'm using Genesis so I thought there might be an easy way using the [post_author] shortcode to detect who the author is and if so, add the facebook follow iframe code to a place of my choice.

I found the WPBeginner article but I'd rather avoid adding an extra plugin for something that could be done without it.

Have you guys got any suggestions?
