Hi, I am seeing a website that is ranking always on the first page of google serp. What I notice is the permalink of single post title is linking to itself. Is there someone out there know the seo reason behind it. Also, can you tell me how to make the single post title link to its permalink . I am using a copyblogger child theme. Thanks.

I can't speak to the SEO implications but to address the second part of your question see if this helps, http://w3guy.com/permalink-post-title-genesis/
